What You Need to Do

1. Send your Hasselblad H‑system battery grip to our workshop.
2. Include your contact details, return address and order reference.
3. Make sure the unit is safely packaged for transport.

We return the battery grip to you once the replacement is completed.

EU‑Only Service

Due to shipping restrictions on lithium‑ion batteries, this service is available exclusively to customers within the European Union.
We cannot receive or return units from outside the EU.
